Westville's 2014 Fall Harvest Festival

Thursday - Saturday, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Smell the cane juice being cooked into syrup, hear the crackling of the fires as we make soap, candles, and get busy in the kitchens. See the leaves turning and the snow white cotton being ginned.

The village will be full of demonstrations and activities for the whole family. We will be putting three kitchens to work demonstrating how to cook with cane syrup, preserving summers bounty the old fashioned way, and cooking with peanuts. Our historic cotton gin will be up and running along with our blacksmith shop and the tin shop. Soap making, candle making, spinning, and other favorites will be on hand. We have a few surprises we are working on for this year; you won't want to miss them.

There is NO CHARGE for this event but we ask that you
call our office and register ahead of time!
Please call 888-733-1850 to register!

Here's your opportunity to learn how to decorate "the way they did back then"!

Come out to Westville Monday, December 1st and learn how to make 19th century wreaths, swags, fruit boards, kissing balls and more, while decorating the village at the same time!

Celebrate Christmas this year with a step back in time at Historic Westville! Join us for all sorts of hands-on crafts that you can take home, and fun Victorian Christmas activities and demonstrations you can enjoy.
